We have the capacity to rotary die grind and sharpen cutting cylinders from 50mm diameter to 318mm diameter x 1070mm in length. With this capacity we are able to rotary die grind and sharpen a wide variety of cutters and a wide variety of materials.
All cutters have varying designs and are made of various materials. We are able to rotary grind and sharpen most makes of cutters. With particular attention to detail each individual cutter is carefully tested and each unit returned with its own unique documentation highlighting test results, size and most importantly wear factor. We are involved in many different industries where rotary die grinding and sharpening are involved for example: - medical products (plasters, colostomy products, diagnostic strips etc and hygienic (for example diapers and incontinence products and feminine hygiene)
