Cylindrical grinding to remove the wear in the mandrel, depositing a thick coat of hard chrome (Rockwell 68C) and finish grinding to the original size. Tapered or parallel mandrels can be modified smaller or bigger and can be brought back into service. All in general accordance with BS4641 For quotations please have the diameter and plating length to hand. |
